About RankViaLinks

What does RankViaLinks actually do?

We build search authority for businesses. That means earning high-quality backlinks through manual outreach, auditing websites to find what is holding rankings back, and fixing technical SEO issues. Everything we do is aimed at improving organic visibility, traffic and leads.

Who do you typically work with?

SaaS companies, B2B service brands, e-commerce stores, startups and marketing teams that want dependable link delivery. We also provide white-label link building for agencies.

Are you a UK company?

Yes. RankViaLinks is a trading name of Fogion Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 13832440), with our office in London. We work with clients in the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on many factors outside any agency's control. What we do guarantee are the standards of every link we deliver, full transparency on where each link sits, and a replacement if a placement is removed within 12 months.

What kind of websites will my links come from?

Real websites with real audiences. Our baseline is Domain Rating 50 or above, at least 1,000 monthly organic visitors, topical relevance to your niche, and one link per unique domain. Every placement is dofollow, permanent and placed within the body of an article.

How do you find and secure placements?

Manual outreach. We identify relevant publishers, pitch a genuine editorial angle, and agree placement in existing or new content. We do not use private blog networks, automated link blasts, link farms or hidden marketplaces.

How long does link building take to work?

Links are typically delivered within around 30 days of a cycle starting. Measurable ranking movement usually takes two to four months as Google discovers, crawls and weights the links. Competitive terms take longer than long-tail ones.

Can I approve the sites before links go live?

Yes. On Growth and Authority plans you can review target domains before we secure placements. Every plan includes a live tracking sheet with the linking URL, target page, anchor text and key metrics.

What anchor text do you use?

We plan anchor text around a natural profile: branded, partial-match, topical and occasional exact-match anchors, weighted to what your competitors' profiles look like. Over-optimised anchors are a common cause of penalties, so we are deliberately conservative.

SEO audits

What does an SEO audit include?

A full technical crawl, indexation and crawlability review, Core Web Vitals, site architecture and internal linking, metadata and on-page factors, content gaps, backlink profile and toxic link review, and a competitor comparison. You receive a prioritised action plan, not a 200-page data dump.

How long does an audit take?

Most audits are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Large e-commerce sites or multi-market sites may take longer, which we agree up front.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Yes. Many clients ask us to fix the technical issues we find or brief their developers with precise tickets. We can work either way.

Pricing & terms

Is there a minimum contract?

No long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Most clients run campaigns for six months or more because authority compounds.

Do you offer white-label services for agencies?

Yes. We deliver unbranded reporting and can work directly within your workflows. Enterprise plans are designed for this.

What happens if a link is removed?

If a placement is removed or set to nofollow within 12 months, we replace it at no cost.
