Search engines are controlled by third parties and change often. Because of that, we cannot promise:

• Specific rankings
• Exact traffic growth
• Revenue results
  

We focus on quality execution, reporting, and long-term best practices.

Your responsibilities

To deliver services properly, you agree to provide:

• Correct target URLs and campaign instructions
• Brand guidelines or restricted topics if any
• Timely approvals when needed

If approvals or information are delayed, delivery time may shift.

Third-party websites and link changes

Link placements happen on third-party websites. We do not own or control those websites.

Sometimes publishers may:

• Edit content
• Change URLs
• Remove links
• Delete pages

If this happens, we will review the situation and follow the replacement terms in your package or agreement, if applicable.

Reporting

We may provide progress and delivery reports through spreadsheets or dashboards. Report format can evolve as we improve our service.

Payments

• Work usually begins after payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise
• Late payments can pause delivery
• Prices and scope are based on the agreed package or proposal
  

Refunds (choose the rule you want)

Pick one and keep only that:

Refund rule A: Payments are not refundable once work has started.
Refund rule B: Refunds are possible only if work has not started.

Ownership and usage

• You keep ownership of your brand, website, and any materials you provide.
• Our internal systems, templates, and process documents remain ours unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  

Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep private information confidential, including campaign details, access credentials, pricing, and strategy documents, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RankViaLinks is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

If a claim happens, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that caused the claim.

Termination

Either party may end services by written notice. If services are terminated after work has started, fees already paid are handled under the refund rule selected above.

We may suspend service if there is abuse, fraud, or non payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
